Andrew Forster is head chef at an Italian restaurant in Newcastle, but can't eat any of his own creations because he only eats biscuits. He hates the smell of certain foods, and social situations involving eating make him panicky. He's learnt his trade asking other people to taste and give feedback on his food, but he knows his problem is holding him back.
