Aaron Saunders, a 19-year-old receptionist from Norwich, has been unable to eat most solid foods since the age of five - with the exceptions of crisps, pancakes, chocolate and Yorkshire puddings. As his health rapidly deteriorates, the teenager seeks the help of nutritionist Charlotte Watts and psychologist Felix Economakis to introduce some much-needed fruit, vegetables and nutrients to his diet.
