Commissioner Katakuriko Matsudaira stands atop the Edo police organization. Known as the Destroyer, Matsudaira is the most feared foe of Katsura's Joi patriots. Katsura disguises himself as Ezurako the maid to infiltrate Matsudaira's home in search of a scandal. Instead, he finds a father who doesn't belong in his own home.
