'Grimm' Season 3: Staying on Fridays because NBC doesn't want to 'screw it up'

There was a time when if a series looked like it had a pulse while airing on Friday nights, a network would quickly move it to a different night that had higher overall viewership. That thinking led people to assume that as "Grimm" quietly became a solid performer on Fridays, it would move too. NBC experimented with it a little last season, giving it a Monday slot after the Summer Olympics and a post-"The Voice" Tuesday berth in the spring, but Season 3 will once again air Fridays. The reason? NBC doesn't want to mess with one of its ."We kept hearing from people, 'Don't take it off Friday, we love it on Friday. Why are you screwing with our show?'" And not just by the convention -- they agreed that Comic-Con is tiring, though fun. The real problem was that they'd apparently been up at all hours of the night shooting new episodes all week. "We're literally like zombies right now. It's fitting," Tulloch says, referencing the zombie plotline that Season 2 ended on. There are characters left in the dark on "Grimm" nowadays, with most of them finally becoming aware of the show's more fantastical side. The cast says they enjoying getting to work together more than ever. "Everybody has some sort of connection to one another," Roiz says. "It's... //
