When Kathryn and Mark Hall got married, they lived in a one-bedroom apartment until their landlord offered them the two-bedroom penthouse unit. High ceilings, tons of light and lots of closet space are just a few of the things they love about their place, and with two levels and an open floor plan, there is lots of room for the entertaining they love to do. As much as they like their current space, they really need more room, and they know that a lease is not the best way to spend their money. They have decided that they are ready to take on a mortgage and invest in a home of their own. They would like to stay in their neighborhood, but in a house with two bedrooms and a fireplace.
