Since the fall of the Soviet Union, electricity has been an iffy thing in Georgia, and “Power Trip” explains why as it follows the quixotic efforts of a U.S. company to keep the lights on. The basic problem: Georgians aren't used to capitalism. Now they must pay for electricity.
