With Justin Hammer finally acquiring specs from the Iron Man armor, he presents the weapon buyers, including Nick Fury, his new creation Titanium Man Tony infiltrates Justin's lab in Stealth Armor and erases the armor specs data including 'Project Titanium'. The next day, Tony gets a invitation from Justin to dinner, and thinks Tony is working for Stane. Iron Man and War Machine break into Hammer's place to delete the rest of the data but is caught by Titanium Man. War Machine tries to save him and they both escape, Iron Man jump-starts his armor but his power's drained in the process. Tony escapes but was no match for Titanium Man's advanced weapons and War Machine saves him again while Tony suits up and they both defeat him. Mr. Fix tried warn Justin about his armor not being extinguished but too furious, he ignites the nanovirus inside him, killing him. Even Blizzard is shocked by Justin killing "him in cold blood." Justin replies with a "technically yes, but, more technically, no." he then uploads Mr. Fix into his computer, allowing him to work 24/7 perfecting the Titanium Man armor much to the disappointment of Mr. Fix.
