Jo Frost catches up with three families to see how they've coped since she first answered their pleas for help.
She revisits the family of seven-year-old Rio, who ate almost nothing except bread and butter, turning meal times into an emotional struggle.
Then Jo pays a return visit to seven-year-old Regan, who had recently been diagnosed with ADHD, and his family.
Jo also goes back to see 11-year-old Bronwyn, a girl who hated her appearance so much that she was unable to lead a normal life.
One year on, has life improved for these families, and is Jo able to offer any further advice to help them with their problems?
