Worried that the bow and arrow could be used to cause more damage, Josuke and Koichi decide to search for it in order to destroy it. Upon checking the attic, the two find not only the bow and arrow, but a mutated creature revealed to be Okuyasu and Keicho's father. Keicho reveals he had been using the arrow to search for a Stand user capable of killing his father after Dio's death caused a flesh bud he had implanted in him to transform him into an immortal monster. Noticing that the father had been obsessed with a box, Josuke uses Crazy Diamond's power to restore a family photo that he had been treasuring. Just as Josuke offers to help Keicho and Okuyasu find a way to cure their father in exchange for the bow and arrow, an electrical Stand named Red Hot Chili Pepper[e] suddenly appears, capturing the bow and arrow before killing Keicho by dragging him through an electrical outlet. As Jotaro receives a warning from Red Hot Chili Pepper's user, Okuyasu decides to become friends with Josuke and go to school with him.
