Jennifer Connelly Compares Pregnancy Sickness to Cell Phone Service on 'Late Show' (VIDEO)

While she was clearly showing, David Letterman was still nervous to come out and ask Jennifer Connelly if she was pregnant on 'Late Show' (Weeknights, 11:35PM on CBS). It's usually better safe than sorry on that one. If there's even an inkling of uncertainty that a woman is pregnant, you don't say anything. Shaq Has No Answers for Letterman on 'Late Show' Because No One is Calling Him (VIDEO)

Shaquille O'Neal appeared as a guest on 'Late Show' (Weeknights, 11:35PM on CBS) for what was apparently the first time in a decade. "It hasn't been ten years," David Letterman said. "Has it been ten years?" When asked why it's been so long, O'Neal responded, "'Cause you haven't called me, Dave." This impromptu response set O'Neal up for the rest of the interview. Why didn't LeBron James stay in Cleveland a little longer? "He didn't call me either, so I don't know what went on.". Paula Abdul Says Simon Cowell is an Acquired Taste; Letterman Uses a Stronger Term (VIDEO)

Paula Abdul may have gone on 'Late Show' (Weeknights, 11:35PM on CBS) to talk about her upcoming reality show 'Live to Dance, debuting Tuesday, January 4, but David Letterman had other ideas. At least, he wasn't going to let her get out of there without talking at least a little about her old foe, Mr. Simon Cowell. Letterman asked her where Cowell was and what he was doing, and didn't seem to be picking up on the fact that she was either slightly annoyed by the time he was taking to talk about a guy she has no professional relationship with right now, or she was being cagey on purpose. David Letterman Smashes a Christmas Tree With a Go-Kart (VIDEO)

We all have our own Christmas traditions. Some families open a single present on Christmas Eve, some families wait until the morning. Some people have ham for their Xmas meal, others have turkey. Colored lights versus non-colored lights, tinsel versus no tinsel ... there are lots of different traditions. On the new 'Late Show' (weeknights, 11:35PM ET on CBS), David Letterman showed off his own unique holiday tradition. Once again, Toy expert Shannon Eis appeared on the show, and let Dave try out the season's trendy new playthings. One of the toys: a $400 electric go-kart. The host jumped into the go-kart and put his foot on the gas. "There's no reverse?" he asked. Oh, that wouldn't be necessary anyway. After all, Dave had a ticket to ride, and he didn't care. He hit the throttle and spun around the stage, nearly colliding with his cameraman -- then rammed the kart directly into a 15-foot-tall Christmas tree, which collapsed, scattering ornaments everywhere. //www.tvsquad.com/2010/12/23/david-letterman-smashes-a-christmas-tree-with-a-go-kart-video/

Marv Albert Compares LeBron James Leaving Cleveland to David Letterman Leaving NBC (VIDEO)

When you get an opportunity to talk to a legendary sports broadcaster like Marv Albert, inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame, of course you're going to want his take on the LeBron James television "spectacle" surrounding James's 'Decision' to leave the Cleveland Cavaliers to play for the Miami Heat. David Letterman, in fact, decided he wasn't going to let Albert leave the 'Late Show' (Weeknights, 11:35PM on CBS) until he got his opinion on the poorly-received publicity stunt. Furthermore, he told Albert, "You're not leaving until you say I'm right about this." To Read More Click Here.

VIDEO: De Niro Visits Letterman for the First Time Ever

What the fock? Despite being a late-night staple for nearly three decades, David Letterman has never welcomed Robert De Niro as a guest — until now. The Oscar winner will make his first appearance on The Late Show Friday with his Little Fockers co-star and seven-time Letterman guest Dustin Hoffman. "We've been on the air for 30 years. Right now, we're on CBS. We used to be on NBC. I live in your neighborhood, literally, your neighborhood. We're neighbors, and this is your first time — what have I done?" Letterman teased De Niro in the interview, taped earlier this week. "Oh, God, I don't know," De Niro, reticent as ever, said. "I just — well, whatever. Dustin, he'll explain to you." "I am the De Niro Whisperer," Hoffman quipped. Little Fockers hits theaters Wednesday. Source Here
