This episode was jumbled and muddy. One was never quite sure what was going on or if Riggs was going to arrest the bad guy at all; or if he was even the bad guy. I am so glad that it is over.
Meanwhile, Murtaugh was on some tangent about his kids and marijuana when it was Riggs' joint all along. Seriously Riggs needs to grow up.
