The Top 22 became short order cooks at the Mean Fiddler pub. Divided into the Red (girls) and Blue (boys) teams, each team had to come up with a seven-dish menu. With four hours to prepare, both teams were panicked with Mat dropping steak on the floor and Arena setting the grill alight. Both teams had good and bad dishes, but in the end the Red Team were sent to face the Elimination Challenge where one of the boys would go home.
