The contestants competed in a 24-Hour Team Challenge at the Shangri-La hotel in Sydney, with the teams having to take shifts running an entire day’s service. The winners would receive a private MasterClass with Neil Perry at Rockpool restaurant, while the losers would all face an Elimination Challenge. Given the enormity of the task – from serving canapés for a function to fulfilling room service orders – the hopefuls performed superbly. Getting their dishes out most quickly and efficiently, though, it was the Blues that took yet another Team Challenge victory.
