Underwater bat creatures attack Moby, Scooby and the boys. Tom and Tubb are taken prisoner by the Aqua-Bats who are eventually frightened off by giant Portuguese Man-0-War. Will Moby be able to save the boys from the Man-0-War before it's too late?
