For the second team for round 1 of Instant Restaurant, It's best mates for 27 years teacher Angela and Truckie Justine. The ladies were represent Western Australia. The theme and name for their restaurant was “The Garden of Eden” – they put out plants, apples and plastic snakes. For their entree, the judges were impressed by the flavour combination, however the duck was not well rested and the serving were too large. For their main Pete liked it, while Manu found it boring. For the dessert Manu loves the semifreddo, Pete thinks there is too much on plate and the brownie wasn’t needed. Angela & Justine scored a 78 from the judges and guests and went ahead of Steve & Helen's 75.
