Necessary Roughness Review: The Right Kind of Bling

Dr. Dani had no " Sympathy for the Devil " as she kicked a little ass in the Necessary Roughness season 3 finale. Never let it be said that Dani Santino is a push over. Her first husband may have cheated on her, but once she broke those ties she proved more than capable of standing on her own. She's come a long way since the pilot episode of the series.   Read More... //www.tvfanatic.com/2013/08/necessary-roughness-review-the-right-kind-of-bling/

Necessary Roughness Review: Betrayal's a Bitch

Secrets. Lies. Deceit. Betrayal's a bitch and we're still a little unsure just who was betraying who. After getting twirled around several times, tonight's Necessary Roughness left us feeling as though we took the "Sucker Punch"  Every thing felt as though it was coming together in the penultimate episode of the season but in the end there seemed to be more questions than answers.   TK was set to embark on his medical miracle at the V3 clinic until Dani gave voice to that nagging doubt that had been haunting him all along. If something sounds too good to be true, then it probably is and a recovery time of three weeks for a serious injury sounded as ridiculous as it did miraculous.    Read More.... //www.tvfanatic.com/2013/08/necessary-roughness-review-betrayals-a-bitch/

Necessary Roughness Review: Life On the Death Star

Necessary Roughness gave fans exactly what they'd been waiting for as Nico finally told Dani the truth but then quickly took a strange turn as things got even weirder at V3.   " The Games Afoot " flashed back to Nico's encounter with the FBI 11 months ago where they laid out all of the possible federal charges against him…and then made a deal.  If he infiltrated V3, he could walk away with a clean slate and begin life anew in Dallas.  Being no fool, Nico took that deal. Necessary Roughness Review: Wild Card

Necessary Roughness was filled with wild cards as " Bringing the Heat " had everyone trying to hang on as things spun out of control. Starting with TK, who seemed plenty happy to be back with coach Purnell in Jersey. To prove it he mooned a room full of reporters. So much for the new and improved TK.  Read More... //www.tvfanatic.com/2013/08/necessary-roughness-review-wild-card/

Necessary Roughness Review: Not An Option

" V3 for Vendetta " took a very dark turn…and I don't think we're going to see the light any time soon. It started off light enough. Dani was basking in her two-night stand with Sam. She even quipped that she finally felt like things were falling into place. Perhaps she spoke too soon. Read More... //www.tvfanatic.com/2013/07/necessary-roughness-review-not-an-option/

Necessary Roughness Review: Burning the House Down

" Snap Out of It " was full of surprises as Dani, Nico, and TK all headed down roads I never expected.  Even the patient of the week took a surprisingly serious turn. Ioan Grufford guest starred as Nolan Powers. I loved Grufford in Ringer and his guest appearance on last season's Castle and he didn't disappoint here.  Nolan Powers was a complicated man who didn't believe in therapy and needed it more than most.  Read More... //www.tvfanatic.com/2013/07/necessary-roughness-review-burning-the-house-down/

Necessary Roughness Review: Predator or Prey

Predator or prey. It was hard to determine who fit which category on tonight's Necessary Roughness, as "Swimming With Sharks" featured everyone choosing sides and I'm still uncertain where some characters landed. Dani definitely had her hands full at V3. Not only was she dealing with the company's clientele, but Connor was loaning her out to the competition. Or was that using her as bait to catch a whale. Necessary Roughness Review: Addicted to Love

Necessary Roughness was all about the love as " Gimme Some Lovin' " brought old friends back together but made us question whether others would ever find their way back one another. Read More... //www.tvfanatic.com/2013/06/necessary-roughness-review-addicted-to-love/

Necessary Roughness Review: Don't Be Afraid To Fly

N ecessary Roughness season 3 opened up with plenty of " Ch-Ch-Changes " for everyone, but does that mean some of this team's key players may be moving on? Six months after Dani turned her heart over to Matt, he's wearing a wedding ring...but the matching one isn't on Dani's finger.   Read More... //www.tvfanatic.com/2013/06/necessary-roughness-review-dont-be-afraid-to-fly/

'Necessary Roughness' Season 3 Review: Ch-Ch-Changes Are Reinvigorating

Necessary Roughness  season 3 introduces some drastic shifts in characters and story during its appropriately titled premiere "Ch-Ch-Changes." After spending the first two seasons primarily focused on Dr. Dani's (Callie Thorne) work with TK (Mehcad Brooks) and the Hawks, the third season transitions from the football team to a sports and management company helmed by Connor McClane (John Stamos).
