Emma is taking Constance home to meet her family in Taranaki as Brian is finding it hard to bond with the baby. Emma admits she is thinking of moving back home, but Rock trumps this by announcing that he and Mrs Chin are getting married. Emma’s sister Robyn is upset. Emma tries to play peacemaker, but when Mrs Chin despoils her mother’s garden, Emma loses it. Rock thinks that Emma should forgive Brian, who didn’t really do anything, and tells her a terrible secret about her mother. Emma returns sobered and alone. Mac is pleased Catherine’s moving in – as Celeste has plans to move to LA with Jules. But Michelle reveals that Jules has got married, and Catherine finds he has plans to move away from LA. Celeste is destroyed, but Cory’s new love interest proves to be an unlikely fairy godmother. Celeste is now keen to move into Mac’s place and Catherine has no more obstacles to happiness. Does she?
