Episode 4: Richard and Linda and Louise and Michelle

Former flight attendant Richard cleans his fridge four times a week and plumps his cushions daily. He's paired up with dog minder Linda, from Brentwood in Essex, who can have up to 10 canine companions in her home at any one time. Meanwhile, hoarder Michelle, from Swindon in Wiltshire, receives help from civil servant Louise, who gets through nearly 70 bottles of bleach a month.
