Episode 31: Ash and Trip's Third Battle!

Continuing their journey to Nimbasa City, Ash and friends stop to have lunch. While swinging in the trees, Ash and Iris end up causing Cilan to ruin the lunch he is making them for them. They decide to go into the woods while Cilan starts over. While racing through the trees, Ash falls and ends up sliding down a cliff where he ends up in the middle of Trip's attempt to catch a Palpitoad. Iris catches up to them, and Trip asks to battle her after finding out she is from the Village of Dragons. Due to her problems controlling Excadrill and Emolga, she refuses. Ash then challenges Trip to a battle and although reluctant, Trip agrees.
