The first round of the Club Battle continues with Cilan and Trip taking to the field to begin their battle. Despite Trip's Gurdurr being very powerful, it ultimately is defeated by Cilan's trusty Dwebble. The next match sees Stephan and Bianca going head to head where Stephan pulls out a quick victory. The round ends with Iris and Luke pulling off victories as well. The next day the quarterfinals of the tournament begin with a battle between Ash and Georgia. Ash chooses Snivy while Georgia goes with her new Pawniard. As the battle starts, Ash quickly realizes that Georgia and Pawniard are more formidable team then he thought.
