Episode 35: Rocking the Virbank Gym! (1)

Ash and friends arrive at the Pokémon Center in Virbank City where they learn that the Virbank Gym is a Poison-type Gym and the Gym Leader is skilled at taking out and poisoning entire teams of Pokémon with just one of her own. The following day Ash heads to the gym where he meets the Gym Leader, Roxie. Ash tells Roxie that he only needs one more badge to enter the Unova League. This makes Roxie wonder what Ash's potential is and she challenges him to a battle where she will use only three of her Pokémon while Ash is free to use all six of his. Despite the unfair advantage, Roxie is confident she can win. The battle for Ash's eighth Unova badge begins!
