Uncle J.R. - Whopper's uncle, who was seen once in the episode Whopper Cries Uncle. Whopper and the Pound Puppies once tried to trick him into thinking Whopper was rich to impress him, but in the end, it turned out J.R. wasn't rich either. He later got adopted by a Texas family. Even though he may look and sound like a cowdog, he is actually from Milwaukee.
