The Rangers attempt to defend Angel Grove without the Turbo Megazord against Havoc's Metallasaurus. Luckily, the Phantom Ranger has some new Rescue Zords ready for them to use, but can they reach them in time? Meanwhile, Bulk & Skull are trapped in a toppling skyscraper!
