'Pretty Little Liars' producer 'confirms' Ezra is 'A' - nope, not buyin' it

In light of our recent piece about why Ezra Fitz is not "A" on "Pretty Little Liars," after the summer finale implied that he might be, several industrious readers have sent us the TV Line article wherein producer Oliver Goldstick "confirms" that Ezra is "A" (the readers' words, not ours). But we don't think that's what Goldstick is saying at all. In fact, it reads more to us like Goldstick kind of confirms that Ezra is NOT "A."First off, Goldstick says, "I assure you that there is something going on here with Ezra. There is something very real going on here."Well, sure. Obviously there is something going on with him, since he's in Ravenswood looking like a total sketchball. Even Ian Harding told Zap2it that Ezra is "somehow involved in some shady dealings in Rosewood and Ravenswood."Fine. That doesn't mean he's "A." Lots of people on this show have been involved in shady dealings --... //blog.zap2it.com/frominsidethebox/2013/08/pretty-little-liars-producer-confirms-ezra-is-a---nope-not-buyin-it.html

Pretty Little Liars Spoiler: When’ll We Learn Ezra’s Reasons for Being “A”?

Last night, we were slapped in the face with the shocking revelation that Ezra (Ian Harding) is “A” on Pretty Little Liars. Yes, like the “A.” Executive producer Oliver Goldstick has already confirmed that this is not a red herring. But before we just assume that Ezra is straight-up evil to the core... the story might be a bit more complicated than that. On August 28, Oliver told TV Line that details on how (and why?!) Ezra is “A” will be revealed. But there’s a catch. They’re not coming... //feeds.wetpaint.com/~r/wetpaint/latest/excerpt/~3/wckh5HClt9A/2013-08-28-spoiler-details-why-ezra-a

‘Pretty Little Liars’ Season 4: Did We Finally Find “A”?

The summer finale of  Pretty Little Liars  aired on Tuesday night and man, did they finally give the fans some juicy morsels to feast upon until October when the annual Halloween episode airs. Am I right or am I right? First, Travis (recurring guest star Luke Kleintank) helps to get Hanna’s (series lead Ashley Benson) mom Ashley off the hook for the murder of Detective Darren Wilden by identifying her as the woman he saw leaving the lakefront that night BEFORE shots rang out, signaling the end of Wilden’s life. And, better yet, a woman clearly matching CeCe Drake (recurring guest star Vanessa Ray) was shown not only on the local news but in all of the newspapers as being a person of interest with the cops in the detective’s murder. Pretty Little Liars Season 4 Summer Finale: Do You Trust Ms. Grunwald?

Everyone is still trying to wrap their minds around the idea that Ezra is "A", but that wasn't the only big revelation on Pretty Little Liars Season 4 summer finale (Season 4, Episode 12: “Now You See Me, Now You Don’t”). The Liars also learned a huge secret about the night Ali died — that she didn't actually die! That is, if you believe Ms. Grunwald. That's a big "if." The mysterious Carla Grunwald found the girls near the end of the episode, telling them they need to get out of Ravenswood... //feeds.wetpaint.com/~r/wetpaint/latest/excerpt/~3/cyP-3LVI_CQ/2013-08-28-season-4-trust-grunwald-poll

'Pretty Little Liars': Why Ezra is not 'A'

"Pretty Little Liars" dropped seemingly dropped a huge bombshell during its Season 4 summer finale Tuesday night (Aug. 27) when Ezra Fitz was shown inside what appears to be "A's" lair in Ravenswood, angry about something. Naturally, the whole world is jumping to the conclusion that Mr. Fitz is the big A, the puppet master. But we aren't so sure and here's why:1. MotiveSure, sure -- "it's the millennium, motives are incidental." But seriously, if Ezra is "A," the show has some serious dots to connect. People all over the internet are saying that his motive is that he got Ali pregnant because he's "board shorts" or the "beach hottie." But remember, Ali being plagued by "A" predates the summer in Cape May. So while he could be "A," who then seduced Ali in Cape May, that's not his underlying motive. What happened so far back -- when the girls were, what, sophomores? -- to... //blog.zap2it.com/frominsidethebox/2013/08/pretty-little-liars-why-ezra-is-not-a.html

Pretty Little Liars Recap: Gone Baby Gone

Show of hands: How many of you put your money on Ezra? Given my documented dislike of Ezra’s use in the plot up to this point, clearly no one is more excited about this development than I am. That being said, the reveal that Ezra is on the “A” team is like the reveal that Dan Humphrey was Gossip Girl: clearly a late-in-the-game decision by the PLL powers-that-be, so there’s no way previous season’s episodes will hold up to close inspection. (There’s the argument that Ezra is a recent “A” recruit, but I’d still bet that’s something that didn’t occur to anybody until they realized Ezra, having been outed to Aria’s parents and saddled with a boring wife and kid, wouldn’t have much of a plot purpose to serve unless he crossed over to the dark side.)   Read More... //www.vulture.com/2013/08/pretty-little-liars-recap-season-4-now-you-see-me.html
