Prison Break Finale Recap 5/30/17: Season 5 Episode 9 “Behind the Eyes”

Prison Break: Resurrection’s series finale begins tonight with six minutes before the shot was fired as Michael Scofield (Wentworth Miller) grabbed his son, Mike (Christopher Michael Cooper) as A&W (Marina Benedict) sits on the bedroom chair pretending to be Sara (Sarah Wayne Callies). Meanwhile, Jacob Anton Ness (Mark Feurerstein) talks to the real Sara he has tied to the chair in front of him. He says what they were doing was advancing their country’s cause but she questions how freeing a man like Abu Ramal (Numan Acar) is helping their country? He admits the missions before him were for the good of the country but Ramal was about her. Jacob continues to explain that Michael refuses to give up his old life and wanted to hold onto it, and when he caught him watching Sara and their infant son, Mike, Jacob wanted him to go away. He sent Michael to Yemen to die so he could have Sara all to himself. He kept promising the memories would fade as anniversaries went by and he would raise that beautiful child. 'Prison Break' Season 5 Finale Recap: Does Michael Defeat Poseidon?

In the season 5 finale of Prison Break , titled "Behind the Eyes," Michael and his allies work together to try and take Poseidon down for good.   We don't get to see whose brains wind up on the wall right away. First, we get a flashback of six minutes before A&W draws her gun. Jacob still has Sara tied up (just not in the bedroom). She asks her husband if he knows he's a psychopath. Jacob responds that he's not the first CIA man to hide his secret life from his family. Sara points out that Jacob was also hiding his secret life from the CIA. Jacob justifies his actions, stating that if you want to screw something up, put a thousand people on it. And if you want to advance the country's cause, put it in the hands of a select few. Prison Break Season 5 Episode 9 Review: Behind the Eyes

Saying goodbye to Prison Break all over again was never going to be an easy task. Thankfully, Prison Break Season 5 Episode 9 brought the storyline full circle while giving the characters the endings they should have gotten in the first place. Hey, we've waited years for this ending, and I'm glad the characters got the justice they deserved. However, I found it so cruel that Whip was killed off like that. Prison Break Recap 5/23/17: Season 5 Episode 8 “Progeny”

Prison Break: Resurrection begins tonight with Michael Scofield (Wentworth Miller), his brother, Lincoln Burrows (Dominic Purcell), Whip (Augustus Prew) and Fernando Sucre (Amaury Nolasco) whistling for help from their raft somewhere in the Mediterranean Sea; after Posiedon aka Jacob Anton Ness (Mark Feuerstein) had the cargo ship they were on bombed. As they travel, Michael has a flashback to six years earlier when Jacob met with him as a CIA operative and Michael shared information with him wanting to know more about their targets as he didn’t want any surprises. Jacob tells him, together they are changing the world. Jacob noticed that Michael had some new tattoos but he insisted it wasn’t a new plan, he was just tired of looking at empty skin. Jacob admits it was the ink he had in Fox River than intrigued him the most and he had to know everything about the man who wore his escape on his own skin. 'Prison Break' Recap: Poseidon Sets a Trap for Michael

In this episode of Prison Break , titled "Progeny," Lincoln reveals to Michael what he's been doing for the past seven years, Michael suspects that Sara and Mike are in trouble and prepares to face Poseidon, and Whip is sent to Chicago where he's met by T-Bag.   Michael and his crew survive the tanker blast and are picked up by a French fisherman headed to Marseille. Michael has a flashback to six years earlier and a conversation with Poseidon/Jacob. Poseidon tells Michael that he owns him; he knows everything about him, including the fact that he takes a lot of trips to the zoo (to watch Sara and his son).
