Kirsten and Jon talked about opening a little café with a slower lifestyle. They decided to just take the gamble and do exactly that. They sold their house and put all of their money into their new business venture. Unfortunately, this left them with little money left over and now Kirsten and her family are living in the basement of her mother’s home. It’s now up to Restaurant Makeover to help this family get back on their feet so they can prove to everyone that they have what it takes to be successful so they can begin to live a more comfortable life again.
