In the fourth-season premiere, a first-time restaurant owner needs Willie's help after taking money he inherited from his deceased mother and using it to open Joe Broadway's Billiards and Sports Bar in Staten Island. Among the problems he's dealing with is a lack of revenue, an unprofessional staff and a chef who's ready to quit.
