The Season 10 premiere explores the treasures found in the tomb of Egyptian pharaoh Psusennes I, who reunited a fragmented Egypt during the Third Intermediate Period. The tomb was discovered in northern Egypt in 1939 by archaeologist Pierre Montet, but the find received scant attention due to the winds of war that were sweeping through Europe. Here, a team studies the discoveries, including Psusennes' silver sarcophagus, to see what they say about both the pharaoh and times in which he lived.
