A chicken named Phineas Foolery was apprehended for cheating and Peck was on guard. However, when Peck is inspired by Phineas' tricks, he failed to realize that Peck is being fooled by the latter. Sheriff Callie, Peck, and Toby must stop him before he tricks anymore victims.
