Upon encountering a man named Garth-1 on a South Pacific Island, Wonder Woman and Aquaman head to his home Arcava (an underground city within a deserted South Pacific Island) to help free his people from an evil dictator called the Enforcer. Zan and Jayna must save two boys that are trapped underwater by a shark. An evil scientist known as Barko devolves Earth back to a prehistoric planet, which will remain so unless the Super Friends can stop him and retrieve the machine responsible for this from the prehistoric times it was placed in. Aquaman and Green Lantern head to Africa to save trapped miners in a diamond mine that is slowly flooding.
