Batman & Robin foils some building constructors' plans to revive the Hall of Doom, which was destroyed in a previous encounter with the Super Friends, and turn it into a Museum. --- The Hall of Justice, with Wonder Woman and Samurai inside, gets swallowed up into the Earth.
