They REALLY NEED to rename this show.. "The Comedy Of Supergirl"... after watching the 1st episode, (which I went into not expecting MUCH cos I HATE mellisa benoist, or however you spell it), in ANY CASE.. it was okay, JUST OKAY! nothing interesting, nothing different.. the show gave a MASSIVE nod to Smallville, I mean.. melissa should have just gave Tom Welling a B.J. that would have been much easier to watch than the really cheesy nod moments we got.

I give the shows pilot episode a 5/10.. it's trying to be something BUT I can't really see it at the moment, maybe choice of actress? maybe the cheesy lines and faces people pull throughout the episode..? how rubbery Supergirl looks with the CGI (it reminded me of spiderman 1, the 2002 one by Sam Raimi).... I dunno, just can't seem to put my finger on it. Here I was hoping for a more serious side to Supergirl and well... we ended up with a show that leaves a lot to be desired.

I'll continue to watch for a few more episodes.. see if anything changes, and if M.B. grows on me.. BUT I dunno what it is with Supergirl, she can never seems to catch a GREAT break on T.V. OR Film.. she's forever living in the shadow of her cousin.. Kal-El, poor sod! They should have maybe released this TV show in the 90's when the Spice Girls were around and Girl Power was at it's pique.

Season 1: 7.5/10 (the season gets better with each episode, so that's a bonus).
Season 2:
