Kimble's in Alaska and on a ship making his way to his next destination. A man comes on board while the ship is in transit and reveals to the Captain he's a cop who's going to arrest one of the passengers but must first be sure. He is placed with Kimble. When the man is killed, the Captain has to find out who the killer is before they dock. And when Kimble is the last man who was with him before he was found, that they know of.
