It was unfortunate that Frank felt he needed to be the one to set off the bomb. He had a total fatalistic view of his future after seeing the film. It just didn't have to be either outcome Now that the Trade Minister is back, lets hope he can do something to turn things around. Lucky for him that he had not gotten into the building before the explosion.
