Fernando Peire, director of London's the Ivy, goes undercover at a roadside restaurant in Somerset that specialises in Greek cuisine - but has trouble finding it because of poor road signs. Six months after a change of ownership, the eatery is suffering from a lack of customers and losing about £2,000 a week. But in spite of this, the new boss is reluctant to make changes, so it is left to Fernando to overhaul the menu and change the decor.
