Mother-and-daughter design team Maureen and Bridget must remove the 'granny factor' from a 1940's-era mansion in only five days. After moving their mother into a private care facility, the brother and sister clients are eager to sell their mother's home to combat the mounting cost of her care. In order to capitalize on spring real estate fever, the designers must work around ugly carpets, dated wood paneling and a 70's style kitchen to restore the home's elegance while adding a touch of contemporary flare.
