The Walking Dead Season 4 Mid-Season Finale Spoilers: Dynamite? Leaving Prison?

We’re already preparing ourselves for the special kind of frustration that comes after The Walking Dead mid-season finale. Season 4’s Episode 8 will air on December 1 and then … nothing … until February 2014. It’s cruel. At least Episode 8 is sounding pretty cool so far, based on the teases we’ve seen. Andrew Lincoln (Rick Grimes) recently shared another exciting tease with Yahoo: "The mid-season finale is the biggest thing we've attempted, I think, so far in our show. I think the crew, and... //feeds.wetpaint.com/~r/wetpaint/latest/excerpt/~3/3VcuXobtc9o/2013-10-22-season-4-mid-season-finale

The Walking Dead Season 4: Will Sasha Die?

Could The Walking Dead be so cruel as to kill off both Karen (Melissa Ponzio) and Sasha (Sonequa Martin-Green) in the first few episodes of Season 4? It would devastate Tyreese (Chad Coleman), but also us as fans — we already love Sasha! It doesn’t seem right to kill off two strong women for the sake of Tyreese’s storyline, so maybe Sasha won’t die. Maybe she can survive this thing. In the sneak peek she looks pretty bad, but the promo also shows Glenn (Steven Yeun) telling Hershel (Scott... //feeds.wetpaint.com/~r/wetpaint/latest/excerpt/~3/c-q0IJWk4jI/2013-10-22-season-4-will-sasha-die

'The Walking Dead': 4 Reasons Carol Peletier is a Survivor

Last night's episode of The Walking Dead show-cased several characters, some with action moments like Rick's pig-plan and some in emotional moments like Michonne's breakdown over baby Judith. Yet the character who stood out the most to me was Carol, as she stepped up in many ways throughout the episode. Since Carol was the character who made the most of her survivor skills in last night's episode , I have chosen her as the episode's ultimate survivor of the week. Read on to find out which moments helped Carol land this week's award. //www.buddytv.com/articles/the-walking-dead/the-walking-dead-4-reasons-car-51611.aspx

The Walking Dead Season 4 Spoilers: Were Karen and David Burned By the Same Person Feeding the Walkers?

There’s something strange going on inside the prison on The Walking Dead, and we’re not just talking about the deadly flu that has already claimed the lives of many people on Team Prison. If you haven’t watched Season 4, Episode 2: “Infected” yet, then we suggest you stop reading now. For those of you that did watch, you know that Tyreese (Chad Coleman) found his girlfriend, Karen, burnt to a crisp outside the prison’s walls. Also barbecued was David, another resident who, like Karen, was... //feeds.wetpaint.com/~r/wetpaint/latest/excerpt/~3/4ppf-EKw22g/2013-10-21-season-4-spoilers-karen-walkers

'The Walking Dead' Season 4: Sonequa Martin-Green calls virus plot twist 'brilliant'

brightcove.createExperiences(); "The Walking Dead's" new Season 4 threat has been revealed, and it's pretty terrifying. The virus might not have a face as gruesome as the walkers do, but its ability to strike down anyone infected with it in as little as a day means that it's the survivors' most difficult enemy to defeat yet. After having a very clear enemy in Season 3 in the form of the Governor, Season 4's virus gives "The Walking Dead" a different sense of momentum. It's something that leading lady Sonequa Martin-Green, who plays Sasha, found very exciting when the plot twist was revealed to her. "I thought it was a brilliant move. I love that this world can continue to surprise you," she told Zap2it at "The Walking Dead" Season 4 premiere. "A show loses its fire, it loses its fervor, when everything is familiar to us, and I think this virus is the perfect example... //blog.zap2it.com/frominsidethebox/2013/10/the-walking-dead-season-4-sonequa-martin-green-calls-virus-plot-twist-brilliant.html

'The Walking Dead': Gale Anne Hurd on why the virus is Season 4's villain

After facing a villain as blatantly evil as the Governor, "The Walking Dead" is making a big change of pace in Season 4. Only two episodes into this new season, it's clear that a fast-moving virus is the biggest and most dangerous threat the survivors at the Prison have to face -- at least until the Governor rears his head again. The scope of the threat the virus poses became clear in episode 2, "Infected." Anyone could be infected with the disease that was able to kill Patrick in less than a day, and since it's unclear who already caught the bug, people's worst selves have come forward to defend themselves. Executive producer Gale Anne Hurd says the virus and all of its consequences were concepts the folks behind "The Walking Dead" were eager to explore. "That's something that we hadn't examined before and I'm not sure if other sort of zombie subgenre have," she... //blog.zap2it.com/frominsidethebox/2013/10/the-walking-dead-gale-anne-hurd-on-why-the-virus-is-season-4s-villain.html

Walking Dead Music: What Song Did Beth Sing to Baby Judith in Season 4, Episode 2, “Infected”?

In one of the less gory and violent scenes from tonight’s action-packed Walking Dead Season 4, Episode 2, “Infected” we hear Beth Greene’s(Emily Kinney) haunting, beautiful voice singing a lullaby to Baby Judith while Michonne is doing leg raises in her cell. It was definitely not the typical song you’d sing to a baby, but what was the tune Beth chose to comfort Rick’s little girl? Beth sang: “When I’m lying in my bed at night, I don’t wanna grow up. Nothing ever seems to turn out right. I... //feeds.wetpaint.com/~r/wetpaint/latest/excerpt/~3/LxFCeAT7cRc/2013-10-20-walking-dead-music-beth-song-episode-2

The Walking Dead Season 4, Episode 2: “Infected” — [SPOILERS] Die!

We’re only two episodes into The Walking Dead Season 4 and already the body count is creeping up. After saying goodbye to Zack, Clara, and Patrick last week, we didn’t have to wait more than five into Episode 2, “Infected” before another fatality occurred. Hungry new walker Patrick, loose in cell block D, feasted on a member of Team Prison right off the bat, narrowly missing Tyreese’s lady friend, Karen. Now with two walkers roaming the prison, it didn’t take long for panic to spread as many... //feeds.wetpaint.com/~r/wetpaint/latest/excerpt/~3/G9HdJO001hk/2013-10-20-season-4-episode-2-deaths

The Walking Dead Season 4: Is Patrick Gone For Good?

Things aren’t looking good for Patrick (VIncent Martella). Even though he was a Woodbury survivor new to Team Prison (and even newer to us) he was one of the first people to die on Season 4 of The Walking Dead. After he complained to Carol Peletier (Melissa McBride) that he wasn’t feeling well, sweaty Patrick decided to take a shower and dropped dead, but not before coughing all over the water supply. The origin of the flu-like sickness that claimed Patrick’s life is still a mystery, but... //feeds.wetpaint.com/~r/wetpaint/latest/excerpt/~3/V4hroBZEIv4/2013-10-20-season-4-patrick-dead-gone
