Before L-elf is taken into custody he tells Haruto a string of words. Meanwhile, as ARUS provides the students aid, Haruto is praised by everyone for his heroic actions. As his friends give him a medical checkup, Haruto's results appear normal, but he shows them his new accelerated healing factor and in addition, he gets taken over by the foreign gene within him and tries to attack Kyuma before being stopped by Saki. ARUS Senator Figaro, sends word to meet Haruto. Figaro expresses kind remarks on his heroics as well as showing him the accompanying WIRED video and have Haruto respond to the video's comments and give the people a sense of hope. Meanwhile, L-elf escapes from ARUS' custody and begins a plan called "D7" while at the same time Cain sends A-drei's team on another mission to Module 77 in an attempt to capture the Valvrave once again. Haruto later helps ARUS calmly evacuate the students in anticipation of another attack and while he goes to give the school a final check for straggling students, he is confronted by Raizo Yamada in a classroom who demands to use the Valvrave to avenge his friend Nobu. As L-elf finishes causing a wave of destruction throughout throughout Module 77 the emergency ARUS rescue ship tries to enter Module 77 but has its path is blocked by a smokescreen. As it tries to retreat, it hits the walls of the docking bay, rocking Module 77. With the ship now stuck Figaro who deduces that everyone is now trapped within Module 77. As Haruto looks at the panic this news creates, he realizes L-elf's string of words have come true, and subsequently turns around to find L-elf himself standing behind him, completing "D7". Haruto then asks if L-elf is "the answer" but L-elf instead asks Haruto to form a contract with him and bring a revolution to Dorssia.
