Silas Gets a Modeling Gig, But Almost Dies in a Bubble on 'Weeds' (VIDEO)

Silas had something going in Copenhagen as a model, so he decided to dip his toes into the New York modeling scene on 'Weeds' (Tue., 10PM ET on Showtime). He actually managed to score a well-paying gig, but when it came time for it, the scene was kind of bizarre and ultimately dangerous. Silas was basically trapped in a giant clear rubber ball sporting nothing but a tiny white pair of trunks. Sure, he looked the part, but when things went wrong, could it hurt his chances at future gigs in this actually legitimate business venture? It didn't seem like he was all that interested, as he stormed off in a huff after nearly dying. Can't say we blame him for that. //

Nancy Reunites With Some of Her Family, Then Gets Busted on 'Weeds' (VIDEO)

We supposed since the name of the show wasn't changed to 'Weapons' in the off-season, we should have anticipated Nancy's first move this week on 'Weeds' (Mon., 10PM ET on Showtime). After finding herself in possession of illegal weapons thanks to her former cellmate, Nancy decided to trade it for more familiar goods. !!SPOILER ALERT!! While that deal is still pending, she did decide to go ahead and sample some fine grade-A marijuana after blowing the job interview that was her whole excuse for being out of the halfway house in the first place. //

'Weeds' EP Says The Botwin Boys Realize 'Nancy Was Their True North'

Over the past six seasons that Nancy Botwin ( Mary-Louise Parker ) has evolved on Showtime’s  Weeds , and life got stranger for the family, the boys have often threatened that they would leave her. At the end of last season, they did just that by escaping American authorities and the Mexican mafia by moving to Copenhagen while Nancy took the fall for Shane’s ( Alexander Gould ) killing of Pilar at the end of Season 5. But, life without Nancy wasn’t everything the Botwin men expected it to be. "They’ve tried to start their own lives and to varying degrees they’ve strayed into awkward situations," executive producer  Roberto Benabib  tells  The Hollywood Reporter .  Read More... //

Parker doesn't smoke pot herself, but said, "I try to be gracious. I'm not gonna not take it." After all, they're always so proud of it. Most, she said, say they grew it themselves and promise her it's excellent. //
