The 100

THIS REVIEW WILL NOT CONTAIN ANY SPOILERS:

Let me start by saying that this show has got a lot better and is turning into compelling and must see television.

Having said that, early on in season one I gave up, mainly due to the fact I believed rereading Lord of the Flies would have comprised the same plot points and saved me time. Then, one afternoon with little else to do, I decided to give it another chance. My mind was not completely changed. Swayed shall we say. Enter season two...

I am not a sporadic viewer of television who enjoys shows which have no ongoing plots through a season. Something like NCIS, a case of the week show, albeit being one of the most highly rated, doesn't do anything for me. I love seeing character progression and story lines that develop and intrigue and 'The 100' is finally providing this.

They have managed to do this in season two by having multiple characters in a diverse range of locations, but, have interconnected them all with an engaging story. By doing this the show allows the viewers to engage with different points of view and also raises moral questions over who to root for.

Season one was simply good vs bad, whereas everyone in this is slowly turning grey.
