The lead seems to overact or tries to hard and she comes off irritating and unbelievable in her role.

I really liked the 1st season. The second season was great too but this season is a struggle to watch. It seems far too disjointed for me. Considering it was in danger of getting cancelled, I hope this season isn't the nail in the the coffin ...
