Hosted by Liam Charles and Tom Allen, it's the quarter final, as five teams of professional pastry chefs battle across two gruelling challenges for a place in the semis. The theme this time is childhood. For their first challenge, in just three and a half hours, the teams must create a tiered macaron cake and two types of lollipops inspired by their younger years. For the next challenge, the teams have five hours to combine sugar and chocolate work in a spectacular fairy-tale showpiece. The lowest-ranking team must leave the competition, while the remaining four secure a place in the semi-final.
