It's the third night in a week long battle in the kitchen and for the title of host with the most. Tonight's host is a loud and proud Italian, Lisa Del Core. Joining her around the dinner table is headhunter Erin Plasky, lawyer Kate Salter, hotel manager Rolf Kenda, and karate master Richard Hatch. Tonight, happy go lucky housewife Lisa is hosting a black and white themed dinner party in her castle. After the guests are seated around her lavish dinner table she serves her appetizer first: lobster tail with eggplant caprese salad. Despite burning some of her tomato sauce for the main, she salvages enough to serve the orecchiette and beef tenderloin. Will she remember how her guests like their meat cooked? After being sneaky about serving Rolf seconds, she presents her ambitious dessert: profiteroles with zabaglione served with cheese, pears and walnuts drizzled with honey.
