The 'CSI' Franchise Case File Extra: Season Finale Photos Galore

Yes, yes, we've mentioned it countless times, yes, but the CSI finales are coming, and in a span of one week, we'll see all three shows wrap up loose ends, or perhaps create new ones. Thus, this extra edition of the case file, with photos from all three concluding episodes, and if you've been living under a rock, the date and time they'll be aired. I'm guessing you probably saw these slideshows too, but it helps doing this thing, even if all I'll probably do is regurgitate stuff. And then I'll do the same thing the day the episodes air. But anyway, ready? To read More Click here .

CSI: NY' Season Finale Moves Schedules; Now Goes After 'CSI' Season-Ender

Thanks to CBS choosing to air President Obama's primetime press conference tomorrow night, there's been some changes to the network's schedule over the next few weeks. Sure, you've seen some of them already-- Harper's Island being moved to Saturdays, for instance--but for our purposes I'd like to talk about CSI: NY 's season finale. Remember when I told you, during last Friday's case file, that the season wrap-up for the folks in New York will hit screens on May 20 at 10pm? Well, the changes in schedule means another show has taken that slot, and the crime drama's season finale finds itself airing earlier than expected. The CSI: NY season finale will now air six days earlier--on Thursday, May 14, from 10pm. It will air immediately after the CSI season finale, which means if you're following developments on both the teams in Las Vegas and New York, you can expect two hours of CSI season finales on one night. The finale's original time slot was taken over by the two-hour season finale of Criminal Minds , which was in turn displaced by Rules of Engagement and The New Adventures of Old Christine , which was displaced by, well, that press conference. Anyway, the episode's plot, of course, remains the same--one member of the team dies after a suspect transfer goes wrong, and another member goes through what they call a life-changing situation. The only change is, we'll be less anxious about who that soon-to-be-dead character is, since the wait will be shorter. Say, roughly two weeks. If you're wondering what will happen to CSI: Miami 's season finale, well, it won't be changing schedules: as of now, it'll still air on its regular time slot; May 18 from 10pm. That just lessens the agony, perhaps a little bit. But someone will still die. Err... Source Here

Woman Sentenced to Jail for Threatening David Caruso

A woman who sent a death threat to David Caruso has been sentenced to seven months in psychiatric prison by an Austrian court, the Associated Press reports. Prosecutors said Heidimarie Schnitzer, 42, sent more than 100 letters to the CSI: Miami star, including one two years ago in which she threatened to kill him after he refused to give her an autograph. Schnitzer's lawyer, Andreas Grabenweger, said his client will appeal the ruling. Schnitzer failed to show for her original July 2007 trial date and disappeared before her April 2008 date as well. After fleeing to Mexico, she was arrested by immigration authorities in February and deported back to Austria. This isn't Caruso's only legal woe: Last week, his ex-girlfriend sued him for fraud, among other claims. Source here

Brian Austin Green Visits 'CSI: Miami' as Carjacking Victim

Now that " Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles " has wrapped up the second season and the fate is not yet determined, the actors are roaming free to do other shows. People is reporting that Brian Austin Green who plays Derek in "Terminator" is cast for a guest-starring role in " CSI: Miami ". Anthony, his role is described as "seemingly a carjacking victim but with ties to the case that could cast him in a different light." The episode where he is in "Seeing Red", will be made as the seventh season finale in May. He will start shooting for his part this week. In the casting call, the character Anthony Greer is a white collar guy but struggling "with the look of a man who only makes minimum credit card payments". He explains to Delko and Calleigh that the reason his car showed up at a crime scene is because he was carjacked three days ago. However, later incriminating evidence proves him wrong and a smug Anthony Greer is booked as an accessory to murder. People also quoted executive producer Ann Donahue on the casting. "Our casting director suggested [Green] to me for this role," Donahue explained. "I thought he was perfect because he can play a tough guy and also have a leading man presence. So, we are thrilled to have him in our finale!" "Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles" had its finale last Friday, April 10 but was only watched by 3.57 million viewers. This may be a danger to the situation where there has been rumor that Fox will cancel the series. Source Here

Tonight's TV Hot List for Monday, March 30, 2009 - Featured

* Chuck (8 pm/ET NBC) Superspy Sarah's complex feelings for Chuck are put under the microscope at the behest of agency bigwig Diane Beckman, who last week surmised that Sarah's emotions are compromising her job performance. Enter a sightly but frosty female agent named Alex (Tricia Helfer of Battlestar Galactica ), who's assigned to oversee Chuck and evaluate Sarah. Tension soon escalates between the two women, so expect the gloves to come off - foxy-lady style. Then there's that freak-and-geek tandem "Jeffster," who team up with Morgan in an effort to crash Awesome's bachelor party. * Greek (8 pm/ET ABC Family) Jesse McCartney plays incoming freshman Andy as this college series returns with more second-season episodes. Andy is an old high-school pal of Calvin's, and he becomes an instant hit on campus - so much so that both Calvin and Rusty's fraternities want him as a member. Meanwhile, sophomore Rusty adjusts to living at the Kappa Tau house, while his big sis Casey has secret plans to move out of the Zeta Beta Zeta house. * House (8 pm/ET Fox) House is a patient tonight, but that's not what makes the episode unusual. In fact, it's only a plot device to get him next to the real patient of the week, an injured bicyclist named Lee (Mos Def) who can't move or talk or communicate in any way. The docs treating him think he's comatose, but the patient in the next bed (that would be our antihero, House, who was hurt in a motorcycle mishap) has other ideas. Much of the episode is told from Lee's point of view: You see what Lee sees. * CSI: Miami (10 pm/ET CBS) At the end of last week's harrowing episode, Ryan was kidnapped by thugs working for Ivan Sarnoff, the Russian mob boss Horatio recently put behind bars. But he's not held captive for long. Why? They want Ryan to cover up evidence of a robbery-homicide connected to the mob and frame someone else. If he refuses, they threaten to kill Billy Gantry, the young son of Ryan's former Gambler's Anonymous sponsor, whom they have taken hostage. Talk about a rock and a hard place. * Holiday Hostage Hell (11 pm/ET Travel) Most Travel Channel shows make you want to see the world. This one might make you want to stay home. It details true accounts of travelers who've found themselves in horrifying hostage situations abroad. The series opener tells the story of British botanist Tom Hart Dyke, who was kidnapped by Colombian guerrillas while backpacking in the Darien Gap, and then held captive in the jungle for nine long months.
