Fridays, 11:00 PM ET on HBO

30 minutes

Adapted for HBO from the web series of the same name, HIGH MAINTENANCE stars Ben Sinclair as “The Guy,” a friendly pot dealer whose clients include an eccentric group of characters, revealing the dynamics of their lives. From the unexpected and offbeat to the predictable and mundane, the witty series provides a glimpse into the daily routines of the customers and how they light things up.

(For Season 1)
Finally someone is representing people of different ethnicities and not in a stereotypical way! Mainly focused on working adults, showing the irony of everyday life, painfully realistic. Made me see things from a different perspective.
Each episode was focused on a separate story, yet they were all together connected by one character - the drug dealer.
Though it did lack overall purpose - there wasn't a goal that would be achieved at the end. It felt more like an insight in their lives rather than a story with a culmination etc. There were some storylines that I wanted to be continued, but the characters weren't showed again.
I recommend to watch this!
