Past MasterChef winners Julie, Adam and Kate returned to the kitchen for a special All-Star Mystery Box Challenge. The contestants had to pick one of three Mystery Boxes, with the respective ingredients for each chosen by the MasterChef alumni. The core ingredient of Julie’s box was steak, Adam’s pork belly and Kate’s figs. The top dishes were judged to belong to Mindy, Audra, Deborah and Andrew, with Audra taking the overall win. Unfortunately Filippo, Wade and Emma underwhelmed and would face a Pressure Test.
