An excited Top 24 arrived at the MasterChef kitchen, with a Mystery Box Challenge standing between them and the chance for one contestant to cook for a precious Immunity Pin. The day’s task was to put themselves on a plate with a dish that truly represented who they are. The results ranged from the sublime to the painful, but standing proud above the competition were Ben’s Deconstructed Beef Taco, Deb’s Little Lime and Ricotta Puddings and Emma’s Five Spice Chocolate Cake. Ben was selected as the day’s overall best performer, winning the chance to fight for Immunity.
