A homicide detective is reluctantly assigned to the small police force on the moon.

I loved this many years ago. By today's standards, it would be considered cheesy and dated, but still enjoyable -- in the same way that the original Star Trek is. To give you an idea, the detective's "secret weapon" was a small box he carried around that contained an artificial intelligence. The box was voiced by the same actor, and he called it..."box". Gotta love old sci fi!

It had an excellent theme song by the singer from The Moody Blues.
