Supernatural Photos: Sammy's Going Slightly Crazy in Episode 7.02

Uh-oh. Things are not looking up for Sammy in the September 30 episode of Supernatural , entitled "Hello, Cruel World". We know from the trailer for the new season - as well as the photos from episode 7.01 - that the boys will have to face an extremely powerful Castiel in the season premiere. But we also know that Sam will be suffering the effects of remembering Hell. The September 30 episode complicates matters even further. Castiel will run into problems as his power may be elevating him to a new pay grade, but it’s also fraught with burdens. Sam has problems of his own as his terrible new memories cause him to have hallucinations and he’s unable to distinguish reality from his memories. This, of course, puts a tremendous amount of stress on Dean (as per usual) and Bobby is afraid he won’t be able to handle the pressure of dealing with Cas and trying to make sure Sam doesn’t go completely insane. I wonder how the boys might try to deal with Sam’s current problems. At Comic-Con, Gamble indicated that Sam’s condition might not be something they can ever really fix, but they’ll certainly have to find a way to manage it somehow. 'Supernatural' casting scoop: 'Road Trip's' D.J. Qualls gets on Dean's last nerve

In its seventh season, "Supernatural" is going all-out when it comes to the guest stars who keep the story colorful, and this bit of casting scoop is no exception. Zap2it has exclusively learned that D.J. Qualls -- best known for his memorable role as nerdy virgin Kyle in the comedy classic "Road Trip" -- will intercept the Winchesters in the season's 8th episode, tentatively titled "Time for a Wedding."Qualls plays Garth, a quirky, laid-back hunter who Dean (Jensen Ackles) clashes with right off the bat. Let's just say that Dean definitely wouldn't be working with him if Garth wasn't the only hunter available, and if it wasn't a dire emergency. Hijinks ensue, we're sure!Though he'll forever be Kyle to us, Qualls is no stranger to television audiences -- most recently, he starred on TNT's "Memphis Beat" as Officer Davey Sutton.Tune in for the Season 7 premiere of "Supernatural" this Friday, Sept. 23 at 9 p.m.... //

'Supernatural' 7.01 Clip: Sam and Dean Fail to Compromise With Castiel

Castiel makes it clear that he is no longer an ally to Sam and Dean in a newly released clip for the first episode of " Supernatural " season 7. The Winchester brothers are about to kneel in front of Cas as it is suggested by Bobby before Cas stops them because he knows they don't mean it.  "Cas, c'mon this is not you," Dean says, but Cas replies, "The Castiel you knew is gone." In the end of their failed attempt to pledge allegiance to Cas, they receive a threat from their former ally who says, "I hope, for your sake, this is the last you see me."  Read More... //

Supernatural: Details About the Season 7 Premiere

It's less than one month until the season 7 premiere of Supernatural and The CW has released details about the premiere episode. Some of it we already know and some of it we don't.  The premiere will pick up right where the season 6 finale left off.  Castiel will refrain from killing Sam, Dean and Bobby but tells them they need to stay out of his business, despite the fact that they are obviously horrified by what he's become.  His business involves setting out to "right some of the wrongs in the world".  From what we've heard, that's going to involve killing people (and angels).
