A spoiled college student moves from Malibu, Cal., to Philadelphia after his wealthy father is caught embezzling in what series star Kevin Hart calls `the reverse of `The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air'.' Kevin is unprepared for life with his Philly relatives, particularly his strict uncle and aunt. Plus, he feels underprivileged: There's no cable TV.
